Coronavirus (Covid-19)

UPDATE MAY 1ST

During April we were unable to fulfil all orders as we were not able to get the stock moving from warehouses. BUT... we are back producing your amazing workwear orders with our main priority focused on following the strict guidelines to ensure safety at work.

As the UK supply begins to very slowly turn the cogs again we are now starting to see our orders begin to move.  We will be open and honest and orders are taking approximately 14 working days (so please bear with us).  There are a number of reasons for this, the UK supply is currently taking up to 7 working days to arrange for the deliveries to arrive into the production team.  In stark contrast this service is often a 24-48 hours so we have an initial 1 week slower delivery rate at present.

With the added safety measures we have in place in the production phase, our production team are only working on around 40% capacity to ensure safe social distancing measures are followed.  This is ensuring orders are still flowing but the rate of completion is controlled and of course ensuring safety of the team and whole process.

To everyone that has supported us recently with kind messages, this does not go unnoticed, and we have a free offer for all our customers launching very soon.

UPDATE MARCH 26TH

We are still producing but on limited resources. 

We are constantly reviewing and monitoring the situation that is changing.   Some of our core suppliers are also adopting limited services, so we will continue to operate on a reduced scale but keeping the engine running for all those that have orders with us.  Thank you to the online orders received since our showroom closure and rest assured we will be providing some unique offers to benefit everyone through this tough time.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

SADLY, OUR SHOP WILL TEMPORARILY CLOSE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS FROM MARCH 23RD 2020

We have kept our shop open as long as possible because we know how important a role this plays to our core local customer base. Due to the ongoing changes with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we’re very sad to have to let you know we’ll be temporarily closing the store from 23rd March at 4pm. 

We would like to thank you for your continued support and please remain assured that we can still offer our fantastic service via both telephone (limited) & online sales.  Closing the store enables us to safely and in a controlled environment continue to produce your orders by strictly following government guidelines and adhering to all protocols to maintain as healthy a workplace as possible, regular handwashing and maintaining the 2m distance from each other whilst continuing to operate.

We may be closing our shop front, but you can still shop with us online, and we welcome you to follow the journey with us on our social channels & mailing list too.  Why not start by checking out the latest offers here.  Be sure to bookmark as we plan on creating new offers throughout the current global situation.
