It’s been a while since our last blog update. Back in 2022, Jared (the owner of Penguin Uniform) shared our story and we haven't posted since! In that first blog, we highlighted our growth and the milestones we had reached, but that was just the beginning of the story. We have so much more to share and improved all aspects of our business to make buying branded workwear a quick and simple process.

Welcome to the Penguin Uniform Weekly Blog. In 2026, we want to share our knowledge and expertise on branded uniform with industry insights, product deep dives, and behind-the-scenes looks at how we bring your workwear to life with embroidery and print.

The Ever-Growing Colony

Since our last major update, Penguin Uniform has grown to a dedicated waddle of 20 and doubled our capacity, so your bulk orders will be dispatched faster than ever. We have built a brand-new office area for our amazing sales and admin team and are building a new shop so you can see the products and save with in store discounts.

This expansion isn't just about floor space; it’s about capacity. By doubling our size, we’ve made sure that as your businesses grow, we have the infrastructure to grow right alongside you.

Growth and Team Scaling

To provide the best service possible, we've changed how we operate. We’ve recently restructured, so every stage of our service gets the expert attention it deserves:

• The Office & Sales Team: Our admin and sales support is faster and more responsive than ever. You can contact our team with whatever method suits you best, phone, WhatsApp, email we have it covered.
• The Marketing Team: Building bundles that can push your business to the next level and sharing your workwear on social to boost both your business and ours! Our marketing team are here to build awareness and support for all our customers. 
• Production & Operations: Now two unique, specialized departments, operations and production are able to run more efficiently than ever to get your order to you fast.

2026 and Beyond

The growth doesn't stop at the warehouse walls. We are building our new shop with a whole new area for anyone who wants to come see our clothes in person and updating our website with the new site launch planned for later this year. We are continuously improving our team, machinery, premises and online presence every day to support your uniform buying journey! You just need to read our reviews to see the progress we've made.
