We are committed to ensuring a fast and secure delivery for all of your workwear & uniform orders. We have access to some of the best courier services, who handle our service from dispatch, all the way to your door. With timely updates to ensure you are kept up to date throughout.
UNCUSTOMISED
- For items not requiring customisation we aim to ship within 2-3 working days, depending on stock availability this can be 3-5 working days. Any additional delays you would be updated via your online ordering account & email.
CUSTOMISED
- For items that require customisation, from embroidery to printing we aim to ship these orders within 5-7 working days. *NOTE* please do allow an additional 2-3 workings days if we are setting up new designs for the first time.
COURIER
- We used a tracked service with all of our deliveries. You will be given a time slot of the estimated delivery time on the day of delivery. You are able to contact the chosen courier direct to arrange re-delivery or change of address if nobody is going to be home.
ROYAL MAIL
We do also utilise on smaller packages and parcels Royal Mail, again through a tracked service. These can sometimes take an additional 1 working day to arrive, but is accounted for in our general lead times.
COLLECT FROM STORE (FREE)
We welcome all customers to collect their orders directly from the store. Of course we will notify you as soon as your order has been packed, quality controlled and made ready for collection.
- Plain items are usually ready within 5 working days.
- Customised items are usually ready within 10 working days.
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING (£5.40 ex VAT)
For all UK Mainland orders we ship using a variety of couriers and services. Ensuring the most effective, swift and secure delivery to your workplace or home.
- Plain items are usually shipped within 5 working days.
- Customised items are usually shipped within 10 working day.
HIGHLAND & ISLANDS (£18.00 ex VAT) *note can take additional 2 days*
For all Highland & Islands UK orders we also ship using a variety of couriers and services. Ensuring the most effective, swift and secure delivery to your workplace or home.

- Customised items are usually shipped within 10 working day.
FREE SHIPPING (orders over £99)
Orders that are being shipped to any UK Mainland address will qualify for free delivery if over £99 (ex VAT).

EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We do offer shipping across Europe and worldwide, as we calculate each shipment on an exact to ensure costing is accurate. If you send us your estimated requirement & postal address to hello@penguinuniform.com one of the team will get an accurate quotation and shipping rate included that can be paid for directly online.
How long will my order take?

My order still hasn't arrived?
If you still have not received your item/s and are now overdue on your lead time. Firstly we apologise. If you can drop an email to delivery@penguinuniform.com one of the team will reply with a update within 24 hours. (exc weekends)
The courier said they left a card?
We apologise for this, please do log this with the team via email to delivery@penguinuniform.com we continue to work closely with only the best, and a drop in service level from our chosen couriers is one we take seriously. We hope this is an anomaly & continue to monitor and improve where possible.
Damaged parcel on arrival?
We apologise for the parcel arriving damaged, we cannot stress enough to refuse the delivery if you feel it isnt in appropriate condition. As once signed it approves an acceptance of the condition. So please discuss this directly with the delivery driver & notify the team right away on delivery@penguinuniform.com
