During the set up process we make sure your logo is in a usable format for embroidery or print and the colours match for the thread we need to use. We then size the logo based on your specifications and send over a proof of exactly how it will look on your chosen colours.
Once you’re set up then this process is not needed next time you order since you’ve approved how your logo looks already. In short, the hard work is done.
