Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £99 (ex VAT) and just £4.95 (ex VAT) on orders under £99. This does exclude the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands / Isle Of Man. The delivery charge for these areas is £18.00 (ex VAT) and please be aware delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
We do also offer a delivery service outside the UK to cover most European countries. The cost of shipping will be calculated on providing the shipping address details.
Products not requiring any customisation average a delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on the product type.
Products with a logo or any form of customisation do have a standard lead time of 7-10 working days. We do offer express shipments where possible and recommend calling the team on 01452 904050 upon ordering.

Not the smooth process I had in mind
I found the process from start to finish quite a struggle, the constant back and forth approving/declining design proofs was tedious and not too beneficial. Since placing the order, I expressed an interest in ensuring the logo size was suitable on the clothing and wanted to see a design showing the scale of the logo compared to the clothing. It took several requests and declined design proofs to finally achieve this at which point I felt exhausted and was ready to move on regardless. I would recommend the implementation of an initial phone call following the placement of the order so the customer can specify their concerns and wants rather than the time consuming back and forth of forms. To add insult to injury, the billing address was mistakenly used as the delivery address, an honest mistake but nevertheless it did delay things further. Overall, the quality of the products somewhat rescued the experience as I found the quality of the clothing and embroidery work to be satisfactory all things considered. Just a few pieces of stitch work that seemed slightly rough.
