Pre-Christmas Bundle 1
Guarantee your order before Christmas with our new Pre-Christmas Bundles, only available until 12pm on the 15th December. We have shortened our lead time for these bundles only and can dispatch your order five days after you place it normally 10-14, but only if you sign off your proof by the 4th day latest! There are only limited number of bundles available, so don't miss out!
If we don't dispatch your signed off order in time for Christmas, we are offering a 25% Refund on this bundle, so you can trust we will work hard to meet every order and dispatch on time.
Whilst we can guarantee dispatch/collection by working day 5, courier delays are unfortunately outside our control, especially at this time of year. We work with both DPD and Royal Mail and trust their service to deliver on time, if any orders are affected by courier delays our team will be happy to help however we can.
To guarantee your order arrives for Christmas, there are limited colours and logo placements available for products in this bundle (no large embroidery).

Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £99 (ex VAT) and just £5.40 (ex VAT) on orders under £99. This does exclude the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands / Isle Of Man. The delivery charge for these areas is £18.00 (ex VAT) and please be aware delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
We do also offer a delivery service outside the UK to cover most European countries. The cost of shipping will be calculated on providing the shipping address details.
Products not requiring any customisation average a delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on the product type.
Products with a logo or any form of customisation do have a standard lead time of 10-14 working days.(Potential +3 days if a new customer, to allow for sign-off) We do offer express shipments where possible and recommend calling the team on 01452 904050 upon ordering.
We have shortened our Standard lead time for these bundles to dispatch at working day 5 but this can only be guaranteed if you sign off your proof by 12pm 4 days after your order is placed latest!
